January 06, 2018 08:25 PM

Jan 06, 2018- Punjab based gangster Lawrence Bishnoi threatened to kill Bollywood actor Salman Khan on Friday. “Salman Khan will be killed here, in Jodhpur. Then he will come to know about our real identity,” Bishnoi told.  The actor was accused of poaching a black-buck while shooting for the movie, Hum Sath Sath Hain in 1998.

Along with Salman, Sonali Bendre, Saif Ali Khan and Tabu too were accused of poaching blackbucks during the shoot of their film in Jodhpur. Reportedly, two of these endangered species, those are protected under the Wildlife Protection Act, had been killed on the outskirts of Kankani village near Jodhpur.

Lawrence Bishnoi’s death threat to Salman Khan is being linked with the black buck killing case of 1998, in which Salman Khan and his co-actors are accused. It was the Bishnoi community which had brought up the black buck hunting case, and ever since the community considers the Bollywood actor a “villain”. However, some onlookers felt that the gangster talked of killing Salman Khan just to create a sensation.
